A few years back I decided I wanted to get more fit, so I joined a local gym. Being new, I picked Z at random as a trainer for my introductory personal training sessions. I found him to be friendly and seriously interested in helping me improve myself. The program he set up got me started towards improving my physical condition, and I started to get stronger and lost some weight. A few months later, the gym sponsored a contest for most improved fitness. I decided to start regular training sessions with Z to give me an edge in the contest. Under his supervision and with weekly personal training I lost about 13 pounds in six weeks and reduced my body fat about ten percent. I managed to take second place in the contest! Z's knowledge and encouragement were the key to getting me the most physically fit I'd ever been in my life.

Having played professional hockey for the Polish national team and various teams in Germany it was very important to me to be as physically fit as possible. After working out with Z in the summer time I noticed a tremendous change in my strength and endurance on the ice. I could play much harder and longer shifts than before. My scoring went up by about 15 goals per season from the time before I trained with Z. It was amazing to see those drastic changes in such a short period of time. I have been a tennis player most of my life, representing University of Illinois in Division I, Big Ten play as the women's team captain. Tennis is a physically and mentally demanding sport, day in and day out. Maintaining my fitness level at its peak has always given me a metal edge over my opponents on the court. In the summertime, during the off season, is when it becomes especially important to prepare for the season ahead. After training with Z to improve my sports conditioning, I noticed a dramatic improvement in my agility and on court quickness. I was also able to stay injury free and overpower my opponents throughout the season.

Working with Z is the best thing I have ever done for my health!
